Use this procedure to obtain a set of reports showing actual revenues and/or expenses (depending on what you select), with current as well as cumulative actuals. Perform this procedure when you need a management report, typically, to get a fiscal year ‘slice’ of funds that ordinarily are reported on a cumulative basis (most restricted funds). For example:
• View recent activity for a department’s gift funds in the context of the complete cumulative performance of each fund.
• Easily report what part of a department’s restricted research costs occurred in a specific UT fiscal year.
