Please visit the IRIS Help website for instructions on how to download and install the IRIS SAPGui desktop application.
If you are an administrator on your computer you can do this yourself and I have attached a document that will walk you through step by step. It is important to follow the directions precisely, including un-installing the current application first, then restarting your computer after installation.
If you are not an administrator you will need to contact OIT for assistance.
