Available to all users is a set of transactions used to request IRIS access:
- ZSEDEPTAUTH000 – Department and College level access
- ZSECAMPAUTH000 – Campus Office level access
- ZSECENTAUTH000 – Central Office level access
- ZSESATAUTH000 – Satellite system access (Archibus, ESM, Evisions, LMS, Taleo)
While the main function of these transactions is to make user access requests, they can also be used to quickly view the current access of a user. Each of these transactions start the same way – enter the personnel number of the user you want to view and click Enter:
You can see in the example above that Matt has Department Approver level Security-Only access to fund center U013410024. Any access a user has will be displayed in this window.
*You can only search a user’s data if you have fund center access to their responsible cost center.
