You will receive email messages saying “You have received new items” daily until the items in your inbox are processed.
- You can access your IRIS inbox by clicking on the SAP Business Workplace icon from the main SAP Easy Access menu. (It is the third icon under the words “SAP Easy Access”).
- You can also access your IRIS inbox by logging into the IRIS Web Portal and clicking on the Inbox tab.
Tip: It is possible that your inbox will be empty when you check it. If other users also have review/approve responsibility for a funds center, it is possible that someone else may have accessed the work item already. That will remove the work item from your inbox.
