If the transaction does not have an active print icon or menu option, you can print a hard copy of the current view. On the menu bar, click Customizing of local Layout > Hard Copy.
If the screen does not have the Customizing of local layout icon available, most computers have a built-in print screen button or keyboard shortcut. You can also use screen capture software if installed. The Snipping Tool app is standard on most Windows computers.
Tip: Hard Copy captures the entire SAPGui screen and prints automatically using your default printer and printer settings. The output may be sized down to fit on standard letter paper and become very small and difficult to read.
- You may wish to resize the SAPGui window smaller so that it shows only the information needed.
- You can also change the default print layout to Landscape in your printer settings BEFORE clicking Hard Copy.
