Should a leave request need to be deleted, this is accessed through “Leave Overview”. A leave request in “Sent” status can be deleted by clicking on the trash can icon, which is to the left of the leave request you are seeking to delete.
The system will generate a new screen as seen below. Make sure to verify you have selected the correct dates to delete, then hit “Send”.
A confirmation message will be displayed. If you are satisfied, select “Ok”. If the request is not correct, select “Cancel”.
Once “Ok” has been selected the leave request will be removed from the Leave Overview screen.
Leave requests that have been approved and posted to your attendance record are deleted using the same process as above, however the deletion will require additional supervisor approval.
Specific leave information can also be accessed directly from the “Leave History/Balance” section of the “Employee Self Service” tab under “Working Time”. You can view Leave Requests, Leave Overview, Leave Certification, Team Calendar, View Leave Balances, and UT Holidays.
