Spam Quarantine: Email Delivery for Messages Received to UTK Gmail Accounts

If you are using UTK Gmail and attempt to release a message from the Spam Quarantine notice, the message will be released but may be picked up by Gmail's Spam filter. After releasing a message, check the Gmail Spam folder. If you cannot locate the message there, log into your Microsoft 365 account, go to Outlook, and forward the message to yourself from there for it to appear in your UTK Gmail account.
