Most networked printers can be set up as an IRIS designated printer.
- Make sure that your printer meets the requirements to be set up as a IRIS designated printer.
- Use transaction Z_PRINTER_REQUEST - Request an IRIS system printer to submit the request in IRIS.
- The user who submits the request will receive an email with the IRIS printer name when setup is complete.
Tip: Locate all information needed to complete the e-form before you begin completing the request. Contact your IT Support person if you need assistance determining the IP Name and IP Address of the printer.
