Unfortunately, you will not be able to print using IRIS printer devices 'Local' or 'Local4'. The IRIS WebGui does not have permission to access printer devices on your local machine.
​However, you can change your default print device in SU3 - Maintain Own Data. to one that will work in the IRIS Web Gui.
- If your office has an IRIS designated printer, you can print to that device by entering the 4 character printer ID (ie K123).
- You can use PDF_EMAIL (printer ID: PDFE) to have email the report to yourself.
