Microsoft Outlook: Disable Automatic Teams Meetings for All Meetings

Overview

Microsoft Teams includes the Microsoft Outlook add-in that schedules Teams meetings from within Outlook. When a meeting is scheduled within Outlook the add-in automatically inserts a link to join the meeting to the meeting invite; this meeting location link is included in the calendar entry. Follow the directions below to enter your meeting location preferences. These changes will be applied to all your Outlook versions i.e. Desktop, Online, or Devices.

For more information about using and disabling this Microsoft Add-in, view Microsoft's article Schedule a Teams meeting from Outlook.
