Spam Quarantine: Report Spam Directly to Microsoft

Messages can be reported to Microsoft as spam by following the below instructions. Note it may take multiple reports for Microsoft to begin taking action. 

  1. From your Outlook Inbox, select the message, then select the Report Message button located in the ribbon at the top of the window. 
  2. Select the category of the message: 
    • Junk email:  General junk, spam, or unwanted email messages. 
    • Phishing emails:  Suspicious emails that attempt to solicit information from you. 
    • Not Junk: Used for legitimate emails that may have been marked as Junk by your Outlook filter.
