The University prefers that each traveler has their own travel card for travel expenses. If a travel card is used to book expenses, there will be no need for a reimbursement. However, a traveler may use their personal credit card for booking. When using a personal credit card and wanting reimbursement In advance of the trip, the traveler must book through Concur or World Travel. If the traveler uses an external service to book airfare, hotel, etc, they will not be reimbursed until after the end of the trip. Note: All bookings on a travel card must be booked through Concur or World Travel.
