Instructions on how to cancel a reservation in the Planon Web App.

Instructions

  1. Log into https://utenn-prod.planoncloud.com/.
     
  2. Select My reservations.

  3. Select the reservation you want to cancel from the list.

  4. Choose Cancel reservation.

  5. Depending on whether the reservation is a recurring or single reservation, you will see two options.
     
    • If the reservation is a recurring reservation, you will be asked if you wish to cancel only that date or all future dates as well. Choose yes or no and then choose Confirm.

    • If the reservation is not recurring, select Confirm.
