Clickers: Finish Echo360 PointSolutions Account Registration to Connect to Canvas (Students)

If you created your Echo360 PointSolutions account but are not getting grades in Canvas, you may have missed clicking on the registration email sent to your email. To bypass this and finish registration so you can connect your account to Canvas:

1. Go to participant.turningtechnologies.com
    
2. Log in using your NetID@tennessee.edu email address you registered with.
   Note: the login is in the upper right corner of the screen. Do not try to Join a Session.
    
3. Authenticate
   1. Enter your full UTK email address and select the Next button:
      • Faculty and staff use NetID@utk.edu
      • Students use NetID@vols.utk.edu
   2. Enter your password.
   3. Enter the code provided into Duo and select Verify.
    
4. Go to the Profile icon (the picture of the person) in the upper right and choose Profile.
    
5. Scroll down until you see Learning Management System and choose to connect to the Canvas system. You will need to authorize Canvas.
    
6. You may wish to add your UTK NetID as well.
    
7. Scroll back up to the top, and you should have a check mark next to the following:
    - Subscription
    - Learning Management System
    - UTKNetID (optional)
