DASH: Expense Delegate "Owner" Toggle Missing in DASH

When a user has been set up as an expense delegate in DASH, but the Owner toggle option at the top of their Travel and Expenses screen does not appear, DASH requires the user to refresh their session after being added as an expense delegate. Until the session is refreshed, the system will not display the expense delegate Owner toggle option.

If the expense delegate does not see the Owner toggle option after being added:

  1. Log out of DASH completely.
  2. Clear browser cache to remove any stored session data.
  1. Close the browser window.
  2. Reopen the browser and log back into DASH.
  3. Verify that the Owner toggle now appears at the top of the page.

This is a one-time step required after being assigned as an expense delegate.

If the toggle still does not appear, confirm with the delegating user that the expense delegate setup was completed and saved successfully. If you need further assistance with setting up an expense delegate, refer to Adding-and-Managing-Delegates.
