This brief article will walk you through the steps to create a OneNote Class Notebook from your Canvas course.

Instructions

  1. Open your Canvas course.
  2. Select the Microsoft Education navigation tab.
  3. Select Continue Setup.

  1. Confirm Class Notebook is toggled on. All apps are toggled on by default. It is recommended that you toggle off the Applications you will not use in your course.
  2. Select Done.

  1. Select Set up OneNote Class Notebook.

  1. Select Next.

  1. Select the Options for each Student's Private Space. Select X (delete) for any section you do not want for your students. Select Add Section if you want to add a new section.
