Issue
Advisors are unable to access DARS because they are using outdated bookmarks.
Problem
Advisors are attempting to use outdated bookmarks to access DARS, which may result in access issues.
Solution
To fix this, update your bookmark by visiting MyUTK to access DARS. Once on the new DARS site, create a new bookmark.
If you are still unable to access DARS, please submit a ticket online at Service - Student Information Systems.
