How Adjust the Default Expiration Date of Shared Links in OneDrive
1. Open up the file or folder that you would like to share (remember: you must be the owner of the file or folder). Click on Share.

2. Add the contact information for the intended recipients of this shared link and then click on the Gear icon next to the text that reads, "Copy link."

3. On the Links Settings page that appears, set the desired expiration date at the bottom page. Click Apply to complete this process.
