Overview
RingCentral now has a version requirement for anyone using the desktop client. This new policy ensures access to the latest features, strongest quality of service, and enhanced performance.
Instructions
To check to see if you are at the latest version:
- Open the RC desktop app.
- Go to your profile icon in the upper left corner and click on your profile.
- Select Check for updates. The app will tell you if an update is available. If you are on the latest version, it will say, "You’re all set!"
