The FY23 Computer Upgrade Program (CUP) is an equipment upgrade program for all UTK faculty and staff who are full-time employees with at least 50% of their funding from a centrally funded E01 account.
Machines to be upgraded must have been purchased before July 1, 2019. Only desktops and laptops that meet or exceed the recommended CUP configurations will qualify for reimbursement.
Equipment being offered can be located on the UTK FY23 CUP website at https://oit.utk.edu/software-hardware/upgrade/ or on UT Marketplace. Faculty and staff do not order new equipment directly but should contact their authorized department purchasing agent.
The last date to order FY23 CUP equipment is March 13, 2023.
