Overview
This article provides instructions for moving contacts from your UT Outlook account to another Outlook or Gmail account. 
Instructions
Export Contacts from Your UT Outlook Account
	- Go to office365.utk.edu and sign in to your UT Outlook account. 
 
	- Click on the 9-dot square in the upper-left corner of your screen.  
	
 
	- Click All Apps. 
 
	- Scroll down and click People. 
 
	- Click Manage in the upper-right corner of your screen. 
 
	- Click Export Contacts. 
 
	- Choose what contacts you would like to export then click Export. 
	
		- The file will be in your downloads folder but can be saved to another location. 
 
	
	 
Import Contacts to a Personal Outlook Account
	- Go to Outlook.com and sign in to your personal Outlook account. 
 
	- Click the People icon in the left-side menu. 
	
 
	- In the upper-right corner of your screen, click Manage. 
 
	- Click Import contacts. 
 
	- Click Browse and navigate to your downloads folder. 
	
		- Double-click on the file to open, or click the file then click Open. 
 
	
	 
	- Click Import. 
 
Import Contacts to a Personal Gmail Account
	- Go to contacts.google.com and sign in to your personal Gmail Account. 
 
	- Click Import in the left-side menu. 
 
	- Click Select File. 
 
	- Navigate to your downloads folder on your computer and select the contacts file.
	
		- Double-click on the file to open, or click on the file then click Open. 
 
	
	 
	- Click Import.
