ArcGIS: Access ArcGIS Pro on Apps@UT

A few best practices beyond any helpful system settings to create a better user experience are as follows:

• It is important to be “signed in” when using ArcGIS Pro on apps
  • Users will be required to use VPN if off campus, so be sure to sign into Pulse if you are off campus.
  • After you start ArcGIS Pro on Apps, you want to sign into apps if prompted to Permit All Access, click that option.
  • Once ArcGIS Pro has started, click Sign in in the top right-hand corner. The corresponding screen will pop up blank on Apps (see below).  Next, click the Sign In using browser link.
  • Sign in using your organization URL (using myutk.maps.arcgis.com).
• Save files to the ArcGIS Online Portal instead of T-storage to make files accessible anywhere.
