Apps@UTK: Local Drives Missing in File Explorer

If you are unable to view your local drives from an application on Apps@UT, you may have disabled your permissions to them.  To restore access: 

  1. Right-click the Citrix Receiver icon in your task tray next to the clock and select About
  2. Select Advanced > Connection Center
  3. Highlight the server you are on; under Session Security, set the drop-down option to Ask Permission.

  4. Log out of Apps@UT, then log back in.  Your local drives should now be available.
