SPSS: Use SPSS to Create APA-Style Tables
Right-click the .sst provided here and choose Save Link As... to save the file to your computer.
Right-click and save to download.
Launch the IBM SPSS program. Go to the IBM SPSS toolbar to select: Edit > Options.
In the Options dialog window click the tab labeled: Pivot Tables.
In the Pivot Tables dialog window Browse your computer for the APA table look .sst file.
After finding it on your computer open it and select it.
After selecting the APA table file format locate the option “Copying wide tables to the clipboard in rich text format”, click the pull-down menu to select: Shrink width to fit.
Click the “Apply” button to “set” the settings.
Finally, click the “OK” button to exit the Options dialog window.
IBM SPSS output now displays APA-style output tables.
