Overview
The university has two voicemail systems, Xpressions and Ring Central. Your voicemail account is set up depending on the phone service you are using for your office phone.
- If your phone account has been migrated to Ring Central, your voicemail will also be in Ring Central.
- If you are not using Ring Central for your phone service, your voicemail will be in Xpressions.
When is a password/PIN needed to check my voicemail?
- A password or PIN is only required to check voicemail when you are using the Xpressions voicemail system OR if you check your Ring Central voicemail directly from a desk phone.
- Ring Central users who use the desktop app or mobile app can check voicemails from within the app without a voicemail-specific password/PIN.
