Troubleshooting
When is a password/PIN needed to check my voicemail?
- A password or PIN is required only when checking your RingCentral voicemail directly from a desk phone.
- Ring Central users who use the desktop app or mobile app can check voicemails from within the app without a voicemail-specific password/PIN.
