The Annual Performance and Planning Review System (APPR) is the evaluation system for tenured, tenure track, and non-tenure track faculty at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

The use of the APPR system is supported by the Provost Office. The Provost office is the first point of contact for APPR.

Faculty Review Help Documentation
Technical issues (e.g., an application bug or something not functioning properly in the application) are supported by the OIT Faculty Information Systems team.
Examples include:
- Recover a deleted review.
- Department Heads, Deans, and the Chief Academic Officer can designate one or more proxy users in the APPR system.
- Updating or adding a department or unit.
