Xpressions: Accessing Your Voicemail

Overview

The university has two voicemail systems, Xpressions and Ring Central. Your voicemail account is set up depending on the phone service you are using for your office phone.

  • If your phone account has been migrated to Ring Central, your voicemail will also be in Ring Central and can be accessed from the Ring Central app.
  • If you are not using Ring Central for your phone service, your voicemail will be in Xpressions.

Xpressions can be accessed in two ways, either by phone or online. Follow the instructions below to sign in to the system.

Trouble with Receiving Xpressions Email Notifications

The HelpDesk can enable Xpressions Web Assistant Notifications for a requestor by following these internal instructions.

If a requestor is not receiving Xpressions voicemail notifications to their email account, and the HelpDesk confirms that the option is enabled, the requestor will need to email telephoneservices@utk.edu for assistance. They will need to include the phone number for the account and the email address where the notifications should be delivered.

If a requestor needs to change the email address where their Xpressions notifications should be delivered, and the HelpDesk finds that updating this in the Xpressions Web Assistant does not resolve the issue, the requestor will need to email telephoneservices@utk.edu for assistance. They will need to include the phone number for the account and the email address where the notifications should be delivered.
