Zoom: Paper App

A Zoom Paper file (formerly known as Zoom Docs) can contain text, images, and links. A Zoom Paper file may be shared during a meeting or shared via link when a meeting is not in progress. Be sure to have the latest version of the Zoom Workplace desktop application installed on your device for the best experience with new features.

Zoom Paper details:

  • Available via the Zoom Workplace desktop application and the web page at tennessee.zoom.us.
    • In the Zoom Workplace desktop app, select the Hub icon and then Paper.
    • In the UT Zoom web portal, select the waffle icon on the top-right and then choose Paper.
  • Saves to the Zoom cloud.
  • May be shared within the Zoom meeting and they may also be shared outside of the meeting, via a share link (permissions can be changed by the file Owner).
