If your work address listed in DASH or the UT Faculty/Staff Directory is incorrect, it must be fixed in the Planon system. Planon is used to manage UT facilities and space data, including employee locations.
Step 1: Gather Your Correct Work Address
Make sure you have the full, official address of your work location, including:
- Building Name
- Room Number (if applicable)
- Street Address
- City, State, Zip Code
Step 2: Submit a Request via DASH Support Page
- Submit a Planon Help Request

- In the description field, include:
- Current incorrect address
- Correct address
- Submit the request
After your request has been reviewed and the address has been changed, wait up to 24 hours for the update to appear in DASH and the Faculty/Staff Directory. If the update is still not visible, reply to your existing ticket for a status check.
