If you are receiving an “Authentication Failed” error message when trying to log into DASH using the “Company Single Sign-On” (SSO) option but still have access to other UT services such as your UT email address, your employment status may have changed and is causing the login effort to fail resulting in an error message.
To confirm your employment status or that your new employment record is fully set up in DASH, please reach out to your department's HR contact. If a change needs to be processed, the new active employment record will restore the employee affiliation and re-enable DASH access. If you know that your employment record is active in DASH and instead need to confirm if your DASH account is locked due to incorrect login attempts, open a DASH Support ticket.
Note: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the change to take place in DASH after they are made.
