Archive Central is a role-based, secure web solution to give business users access to historical SAP data for queries. It will provide read-only access to structured and unstructured SAP/IRIS data to give users access to historical SAP data. Archive Central can be searched but does not support querying data for creation of reports. Archive Central is a standalone system for historical data archival and will not integrate with other systems.
Access to Archive Central will be limited to:

Central Office Users (e.g., Controller’s Office, System Administration).

Campus Business Offices (e.g., financial offices at each campus).

Human Resource Offices
Departments should work through their campus central business office or human resource office to request information, such as access to records, that they need. A standardized process will be in place to ensure timely responses to these requests.
