The management of expenses and billing for sponsored projects is handled in the DASH Project Portfolio Management (PPM) module. The Huron Research Suite has also been deployed to replace effort certification and conflict of interest submissions previously handled by IRIS - as just a few examples of the DASH Research modules available and/or planned for UT.
