| DASH will deploy Oracle’s budget and planning, finance, human resource, and facilities maintenance solutions.
With the DASH implementation, all IRIS platforms – and other related systems at UT – are being replaced with a cloud-based solution. If you access the IRIS Web Portal to check your pay statement or review other personal details today, you will start working through those processes in DASH. In addition, if you use IRIS to handle financial, human resources or payroll functions today as examples, you will also start to handle these functions in DASH.
Senior leadership and representatives from across the UT System worked diligently to determine which of the University’s third-party and custom applications could be replaced by functionality that is readily available in Oracle Fusion Cloud. As a result of these efforts, some solutions - like Agiloft, Kronos, and TimesheetX – are being retained and others are being retired. The following third-party applications were identified to be replaced with DASH:
- IRIS (SAP) Solutions: SAP Content Development Server, SAP Business Warehouse, IRIS Mobile, SAP Enable Now, and Adobe Document Server for SAP

- Taleo
- ARCHIBUS (UTK and UTHSC Facilities Services Only)
- UT Market Place
- HR Acuity
