Planon Space Scheduling: Viewing and Editing a Reservation in the Planon Mobile App

Instructions on how to view and edit a reservation in the Planon mobile app.

View and/or Edit Reservations

1. Select the reservation you wish to view or edit.

2. Select edit to edit the reservation

3. Select the item you wish to edit. In this case, we chose the Date & time.

4. Choose Edit time to edit the time of day you wish to reserve. You can also change the date using the calendar above. We chose to edit the time for this example.

5. Change the start and end times as needed. When finished, choose Set.

6. Select Confirm to confirm your new time.

7. Then, choose the Update button to finalize the choice.

8. You will see a screen verifying that your reservation has been updated. Select the Close button.
