Bursar payment instructions for former students

This article explains how former students without an active NetID can make payments by contacting the Bursar’s Office for a PIN and using the secure payment portal. This information applies exclusively to former students who no longer have an active NetID. Current students should follow the standard payment process in MyUTK.
Making Payments as a Former Student
Former students must make payments directly to the Bursar’s Office to clear any existing account holds. Because you no longer have an active NetID and password, you will need a PIN provided by the Bursar’s Office to log in.

- Current students should not use these instructions. If you have an active NetID, log in to MyUTK to view your payment options.
- The HelpDesk cannot assist former students with payment issues, as NetID credentials are inactive.
