Overview
The following instructions will help you export a MS Planner Plan to Excel.
Tip: Attached files will not show up on the Excel export. If you wish to see all information, ask users who are filling out the Plan to copy information into the Description section of the task rather than attaching a file. Or - give a link in the description of where the file can be located.
Instructions
You must be in Planner online in order to export to Excel. 
- Log into Planner online by going to Microsoft 365 and opening the Planner app.
- Select the down arrow to the right of your Plan name
- Select Export plan to Excel
- The file will download
- The file may need to have editing enabled in order to adjust or edit.
