The latest version of Zoom Workplace includes a meeting wallpaper feature. This feature allows hosts to include an additional background during the meeting which is visible to meeting participants. Be sure to have the latest version of the Zoom Workplace application for the best experience with new features.
Zoom Wallpapers place additional colors and images around broadcasting webcams and content during the meeting. For more information, please review this article regarding Zoom Wallpapers.
- Hosts and Co-hosts may activate Zoom Wallpapers in real-time during the meeting. On the top-right of the meeting interface, select the View icon, and then choose Set meeting wallpaper.
- Zoom Wallpapers are included in local recordings. For cloud recordings, the wallpapers will be formatting around the content depending on the format chosen. For example, when engaged in a meeting that is recorded to the cloud, the wallpaper image will be formatted around the active speaker.
Please keep the following in mind when enabling Zoom Wallpapers:
- Have the best connection possible when displaying wallpapers.
- All participants may not be able to view wallpapers. The display and broadcast depends on the device and version of the Zoom Workplace installed.
- We recommend practicing displaying with virtual wallpapers in a meeting.
