Overview
University of Tennessee staff and faculty are entitled with the full Microsoft A5 license. This means you can now access even more Microsoft software, including Power BI Pro. Power BI Pro allows users to publish content to other workspaces, share dashboards, subscribe to dashboards and reports, and share with users with a Pro license.
UT students receive access to Power BI Free with their Microsoft A5 license, which allows access to content they create for themselves.
Access
To access Power BI Pro, log in at Microsoft Power BI (tiny.utk.edu/powerbi).
Using Power BI Pro
OIT does not provide support for the use of Power BI Pro. However, tutorial videos are available on LinkedIn Learning.
