EAB Navigate: View Your Navigate Calendar in Outlook

Overview

You can add your Navigate calendar to Outlook. This will allow you to view your personal and Navigate calendars in Outlook at the same time. 

View Your Navigate Calendar in Outlook

  1. If already in Navigate, click the Calendar icon, then Settings and Sync. Alternatively, you can click the following link to go straight to the Settings and Sync Page, https://utk.campus.eab.com/calendar/settings.
  2. Click Setup Sync > Other Applications > then copy on-screen link.
  3. Next, open Outlook and go to the Calendars tab. 
  4. On the Home tab, go to the Manage Calendars group, then click Add Calendar > From Internet…
  5. In the New Internet Calendar Subscription dialog box, paste the iCal link you copied in step 2. 
  6. Outlook will ask you to confirm that you want to add this Internet Calendar and subscribe to updates. Click Yes.
  7. The Navigate calendar will appear in your Other Calendars list shortly.
