If you are unable to see the ut-open or eduroam networks (SSID's) while inside a building or in an area with outdoor wireless, you may need to update your Windows computer's wireless card driver. This is more common in older computers. Some cards with older driver versions are unable to see the ut-open or eduroam networks (SSID's).
