Viva Insights: Turning Off or Disabling Insights

Overview

Microsoft Viva Insights helps people and businesses thrive with data-driven, privacy-protected insights and recommendations to improve productivity and wellbeing.

All users can use the Viva Insights (including MyAnalytics) dashboard to opt out. When you opt-out:

• You will no longer be able to access MyAnalytics, including your personal dashboard and Viva Insights Outlook add-in.
• You will stop receiving inline suggestions and email digests.
• Your email activity will not be included in other users' email open rates.

To opt-out of all analytics

1. Open your dashboard.
2. Select the Settings (gear) icon in the top right.
   
3. Under MyAnalytics, select Settings.
4. For MyAnalytics, change the setting to Off.
   

Note: It might take up to a week for your saved changes to take effect.
