Overview
There is a setting in the Zoom desktop application that can assist with engaging dual monitors and Zoom. We also recommend having the latest version of Zoom installed on the device. To get the latest version, please visit the Zoom downloads page.
Instructions
Engage Dual Monitors in the Zoom Desktop App
- Open the Zoom Desktop App and sign in with the SSO option.
- Select your initials or profile picture in the top right corner of the Zoom window.
- Select Settings.
- Under the General tab, select the box next to Use Dual Monitors.
This setting will help with organizing meeting content on one monitor and participants' webcams on another.
