How do I connect to the wired network?

1. Connect the Ethernet cable to your computer. Students may request Ethernet cables from the OIT Service Center in the Hodges Library Commons in 7 and 14 foot lengths. Staff and faculty can order Ethernet cables online. 
2. Once connected, open a web browser (Edge, Safari, Firefox, or Chrome), and your computer should automatically redirect you to the NetReg network registration site. If it does not, type http://netreg.utk.edu into your address bar, and you should be redirected. 
3. After completing the online form, reboot your computer to complete the registration process.
