Overview
To download or manage your Zoom Cloud Recordings, log in to your UT Zoom account and access the Recordings & Transcripts menu item.
Instructions
- Go to tennessee.zoom.us and select Create or Log In.
- Use your UPN as your username:
- Your UPN is the email address used to sign in to UT services, such as email, typically in this format:
- Faculty and Staff: Use NetID@utk.edu
- Students: Use NetID@vols.utk.edu
- Look up your UPN online if you aren’t sure which email address you should be using.
- Password: Your NetID Password.
- After logging in, select Recordings & Transcripts in the menu on the left.
- Under the Cloud Recordings tab, select the meeting recording you need to download.
- Choose Download.
- Select Download again in the pop-up informing you that each file will be downloaded separately.
To access additional cloud recording settings and management options (such as adding a passcode to view the cloud recording), select a recording and then choose the Share icon on the top-right.
