Overview
Yes, meeting leaders may move participants from one Breakout Room to another in real-time, while rooms are in progress. Leaders may also assign participants who have just joined the meeting to a Breakout Room while the rooms are in progress.
First, make sure you have the latest version of Zoom installed on your device as this will help make sure your meeting contains the latest tools and features. Go to our site at https://tennessee.zoom.us and select the link to Download Zoom.
Instructions
Move or Assign a Participant to a Breakout Room in Progress:
- Select the Breakout Rooms icon on the meeting toolbar to access the Breakout Rooms options.
- Move the mouse over a participant's name on the Breakout Rooms list.
- Select Move to send the participant to a new room, or select Assign to assign the user to a room.
