Firefox - Update Cookie Settings

  1. Open Firefox and click the menu button in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. In the left sidebar, click Privacy & Security.
  4. Scroll to Enhanced Tracking Protection.
  5. Select Custom.
  6. Click Customize tracking protection if needed.
  7. Turn on Cookies and choose Cross-site tracking cookies or Block cross-site cookies, depending on your Firefox version.
  8. Reload the page and try signing in to Banner again.

Chrome - Clear Cache

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to Delete browsing data.
    • Shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + Delete on Windows/ChromeOS
    • Command + Shift + Delete on Mac
  4. In the Time range dropdown, choose:
    • Last hour24 hours7 days4 weeks, or
    • All time to clear everything
  5. Check Cached images and files.
  6. Optionally uncheck Browsing history and Cookies and other site data if you only want to clear cache.
  7. Click Delete data.
