Zoom: Download Zoom Cloud Recording

Overview

To download or manage your Zoom Cloud Recordings, log in to your UT Zoom account and access the Recordings & Transcripts menu item.

Instructions

1. Go to tennessee.zoom.us and select Create or Log In.
   • Use your UPN as your username: 
     • Your UPN is the email address used to sign in to UT services, such as email, typically in this format:
     • Faculty and Staff: Use NetID@utk.edu 
     • Students: Use NetID@vols.utk.edu 
   • Look up your UPN online if you aren’t sure which email address you should be using.
   • Password:  Your NetID Password.
2. After logging in, select your Profile icon on the right and choose Settings. 
3. On the right, choose Recordings and Transcripts.
4. Under the Cloud Recordings tab, select the meeting recording you need to download. 
5. Choose Download. 
6. Select Download again in the pop-up informing you that each file will be downloaded separately.
