Use this form if you need to request maintenance, repair, or have a tuning problem on any piano in the Natalie L. Haslam Music Center, except those used for performances. Those will automatically be scheduled once the event is approved by the College of Music. Regular periodic tunings in teaching studios, classrooms, and practice rooms will be set according to predetermined schedules.
