Overview
The guide below addresses several changes that occur when a Student becomes a Faculty or Staff member. This is a change in your Primary Affiliation with the University.
Information
- Primary Affiliation - The person's primary affiliation will automatically update once their department finalizes their paperwork in IRIS. OIT does not control affiliation; IRIS or the person's department does. Once IRIS updates, you'll have access to resources granted to only Staff/Faculty members.
- Email - Your email account will remain the same as when you were a student. However, see Email login username under Recommended Changes below.
